Do I need a consultation before booking treatment?
Yes, for most treatments a consultation is required to ensure suitability, safety, and to create a personalised treatment plan. Some treatments, such as Hydrafacial™, can be booked without one.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
In most cases, treatment is not carried out on the same day. This is to ensure you have time to fully consider the options discussed and that all necessary protocols are followed safely. In some cases, depending on the treatment and suitability, same-day treatment may be possible.
What should I bring or prepare before my consultation?
Please come with an understanding of your concerns and any relevant medical history. It’s also helpful to bring details of any current skincare products or treatments you’re using.
